A party in Philadelphia for the ultra-rich is the setting for Galveston native Saralyn Richard’s first murder-mystery novel, Murder In the One Percent. Seventy enthusiasts attended the book launch party at Dr. Howard and Rozanne Rubin’s home; the party also was hosted by Lou and Herb Mizis. On the dining room table were a diamond centerpiece with chocolate truffles to set the scene. Saralyn’s favorite fans, hubby Ed Richard and McKenna Jordan of Murder by the Book, were on hand; detectives were incognito. The book has been featured in many magazines.
